Computerized Vehicle Registration (CDK Global)

Led a team of 14 members, delivered two projects for vehicle dealerships in Florida & Illinois. Imcreased combined revenue by 30%. Ideated and implemented innovative ideas that directly boosted user experience.

Process Leadership (Gryphtech)

Helped and Guided teams to use Agile methodology for project delivery. Tailored methodologies like Sprint, Scrum, Extreme Programming, etc to suit project specific needs

Performance Optimization (CDK Global)

Identified major performance issues in web applications, gathered key data and information from end users, collated data with data from application monitoring tools. Carried out Root Cause Analysis with team, strategized the technical debt items, and worked closely with team to address the issues. This resulted in reduction of page watchers from 120000 to just 6000, thereby improving the overall performance and User Experience.

  • Built an alternate message route using RabbitMQ, MongoDB and SignalR. Stored unstructured data in MongoDB.
